Avocado Cacao Collagen Pudding: A Family Favorite

When Carolyna from the Needed team introduced us to this recipe, she mentioned it was a healthy treat her kids adored. It didn’t take long for it to become a beloved favorite among our entire staff as well.

This avocado cacao collagen pudding is a perfect combination of healthy fats, high-quality protein, a touch of sweetness, and a whole lot of chocolate.


  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Needed collagen protein
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (adjust to taste)
  • Honey (to taste)
  • A splash of milk


  1. Scoop the avocados into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the cottage cheese and cocoa powder.
  3. Sweeten with honey to taste.
  4. Add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.

This pudding comes together in minutes, making it the perfect healthy, sweet treat to keep you and your kids feeling full and satisfied!
