Ingredients needed per serving:
250mg Needed Omega-3 Powder
2 Tbsp of your favorite hummus (or if you’re really into DIY, homemade hummus)
Half a lemon
Salt and pepper
Your favorite veggies
In a bowl, mix the juice of half a lemon into the Omega-3 Powder. Add the hummus and season with salt and pepper. Top with paprika, and drizzle with olive oil. Slice up your favorite veggies, and serve.
