Spiced "Latte" with Needed Omega-3

Try our favorite mid-afternoon treat. It's creamy and chocolatey, with just the right amount of sweet.

1 packet of Needed Omega-3
1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon of cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup
5 ice cubes (optional)
1. Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender, and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass with ice and enjoy!
2. For a warm option, begin by heating the coconut milk on the stove. Remove from heat and blend with the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender or with a milk frother. Transfer to your favorite mug and prepare to be wowed.
