Omega-3 Latte

Try our favorite mid-afternoon treat.

6-8 ounces of coconut, flax, or almond milk

1 tablespoon of your favorite nut butter

1 teaspoon of cacao powder

1 packet of 250mg Needed Omega-3 Powder

 

Pour ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy. 

No blender? No problem. Pour ingredients into a glass, and whisk until fully blended.
