Spiced "Latte" with Needed Omega-3
This delightfully warming beverage is the perfect way to enjoy your Omega-3 in colder months. It's easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. With no caffeine, it's great for every stage of pregnancy--even the kiddos can partake.
1 packet Needed Omega-3 tailored for a mama-to-be
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1. Warm the almond milk in a stove top pot, watching not to scorch the milk.
2. Remove from heat, and mix in the spices, maple syrup, and Omega-3 powder. Using a milk frother, blend until thoroughly combined and the milk begins to froth. If you don't have a frother, you can do the same in a high speed blender.
3. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
