Thick + Creamy Banana Smoothie

This super thick banana smoothie tastes like a banana milkshake, without the sugar and dairy overload. Try freezing your banana for an extra creamy consistency. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Needed's Omega 3 powder
  • One peeled banana (for extra thickness, we recommend using a frozen banana)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 generous dashes of cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 1 cup nut milk of choice
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Take a taste, adding in more vanilla and cinnamon as needed. 
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
