Thick + Creamy Banana Omega-3 Smoothie
Ingredients needed per serving:
250mg Needed Omega-3 Powder
One peeled banana (for extra thickness, we recommend using a frozen banana), chopped into several pieces
½ cup of Malibu Mylk flax milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 generous dashes of cinnamon
Place your chopped banana into a blender, and blend on low. Slowly drizzle in the flax milk and continue blending. Spice it up with cinnamon and vanilla. Add in Needed's Omega-3, and blend until completely mixed in.
