Thick + Creamy Banana Smoothie
This super thick banana smoothie tastes like a banana milkshake, without the sugar and dairy overload. Try freezing your banana for an extra creamy consistency.
- 1 packet of Needed's Omega-3 tailored for a mama-to-be
- One peeled banana (for extra thickness, we recommend using a frozen banana)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 generous dashes of cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 cup nutmilk of choice
- 5 ice cubes
- Combine ingredients in blender.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Take a taste, adding in more vanilla and cinnamon as needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
