The Prenatal Nutrition Gap
Prenatal vitamins are essential to the health of mama and baby, but they aren’t all created equally. 97% of pregnant women take a prenatal, yet 95% have nutrient deficiencies. High quality prenatals are often not covered by health insurance (the prescription options leave out many nutrients, and tend to include harmful fillers).
Access to high quality nutrition is a right, not a privilege. But we know that access to optimal perinatal nutrition is inequitable, particularly when combined with the high costs of other necessities on the journey to parenthood - like the medical costs of fertility treatments, surrogacy, miscarriage, and birth.
While change is needed to shift the perinatal paradigm, system-wide change takes time.
So, we’re stepping up to support the journey of those who need us the most.
It’s our way of working to close the perinatal nutrition gap.
We’re giving away a one year’s supply of our Prenatal Multi to 25 women who may not otherwise have access to a comprehensive prenatal.
Every woman nominated will qualify for a FREE perinatal nutrition consultation with our experts.
