There are more mitochondria in one egg cell than in any other cell in the body, and their DNA is passed directly from mom to baby. Stress, toxins, aging, and other lifestyle factors contribute to oxidative stress. Our Egg Quality Support is formulated by perinatal health practitioners to help you (and your eggs) thrive. You are born with all of your egg cells (oocytes), and an oocyte takes 3 to 4 months to mature before ovulation. Our Egg Quality Support is designed to support egg cell health as they develop into mature eggs. Improving egg quality can support fertility outcomes. It’s never too early or too late to focus on egg quality, but for optimal results we recommend taking Egg Support at least 3 months before trying to conceive or freezing your eggs.
How to Use

Take two (2) capsules once daily. For best absorption, take at least 30 minutes away from food. If you experience nausea, consider taking Egg Quality Support right before or with a meal. Two capsules daily is an effective dosage and may be supportive based on your individual needs.

When should I start taking Egg Support?
It’s never too early or too late to focus on egg quality, but for optimal results we recommend taking Egg Support at least 3 months before trying to conceive or freezing your eggs.
How should I take Egg Quality Support?
A single serving (two capsules) can be taken all at once, or at two separate times during the day. Take it with or without food.
Is it safe to keep taking Egg Support if I get pregnant?
Yes, Egg Quality Support is safe to continue taking during pregnancy. Many women choose to continue taking it during the two-week wait and beyond for continued support.
Why doesn't Egg Quality Support contain CoQ10?
We offer CoQ10 separately for two reasons. First, CoQ10 stability can be compromised when it is encapsulated with other nutrients, so it is best taken as a standalone supplement. Second, offering CoQ10 separately allows us to offer it in more meaningful dosages that would be difficult to achieve in a combined product.
Why doesn't Egg Quality Support contain Inositol?
Inositol is not recommended for those with low androgens (a common concern as egg cells age) because androgens are needed for egg quality. We recommend taking Inositol as needed only as a separate supplement.
Why does Egg Quality Support not contain L-Carnitine?
Our formula contains N-Acetyl-L Carnitine, which is a highly bioavailable form of L-Carnitine. Inside the cell, the two forms are essentially interchangeable. We include 500mg per serving of N-Acetyl-L Carnitine which is the form that is more easily absorbed by the body.
I see that this contains green tea. How much caffeine does it contain?
Our green tea extract is decaffeinated. It has been lab tested and contains about 2 mg of caffeine per serving. For comparison, decaf coffee contains about 7 mg of caffeine in one 8 ounce cup, which is more caffeine than the green tea in Egg Quality Support.
Is your Egg Quality Support vegan, allergen free, and non GMO?
Our Egg Quality Support is vegan and allergen free. It is also free of GMOs, artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, and other gross additives and fillers.
What “other ingredients” are included in your Egg Quality Support?
Our Egg Quality Support is free of gross additives and fillers. It’s made with magnesium oxide, vegetable capsules, ascorbyl palmitate, and silica. Magnesium Oxide is a clean ingredient that supports the flow of nutrients into capsules. We use more bioavailable forms of Magnesium when it is used for its nutritional properties.
Why should I take it away from food?
Taking Egg Quality Support at least 30 minutes away from food can help aid in absorption. If this isn’t practical for you, or if you experience nausea, you can certainly take Egg Quality Support right before or with a meal.
