    Very happy adding this to my daily routine

    I did a ton of research. Finding a pregnancy/postpartum safe and true and tested probiotic was a task but this is it! My stomach has sensitive and it gives me absolutely no issues. Will keep on it!

Is your Pre/Probiotic vegan, allergen free, and Non-GMO?

Our Pre/Probiotic vegetarian and non-GMO. Free of 8 major allergens and gluten. Contains Milk (Lactoferrin). Our Pre/Probiotic does contain Lactoferrin which is derived from milk. Note that the amount of lactose per serving is less than 1.5 mg. By comparison, a teaspoon of milk has around 270 mg of lactose.
Do I need to refrigerate the Pre/Probiotic?

We suggest storing at room temperature or cooler. Refrigeration is not necessary unless your home is consistently 79° F or warmer for extended periods.
Are the capsules enteric coated?

Yes, these capsules are enteric coated. This protects the capsule as it travels through the digestive system and allows the probiotic strains to reach the intestines where they are intended to colonize.
Could I experience some discomfort at the start of taking the Pre/Probiotic?

We suggest taking the capsules as follows for your system to adjust: Week 1: Take 1 capsule every other day, Week 2: Take 1 capsule daily, Week 3+: Take 2 capsules daily. Possible symptoms of this adjustment may include abdominal cramping, loose stools, and changes in bowel movements. Though these symptoms may be uncomfortable, they are a sign that the product is working! Symptoms should resolve within 2-3 days.
