I just found out I am pregnant, should I discontinue use?
This product is intended for use before and after pregnancy, not during pregnancy. If you are taking it prior to conception, simply stop use when you learn you are pregnant (taking it a few weeks between conception and your first positive pregnancy test is just fine) and restart postpartum.
4 capsules is a lot for me on top of my other Needed products, can I take 2?
Yes! The product required 4 capsules to give fully supportive dosing, but taking just 2 per day is still absolutely beneficial. You can also split-up the dose, taking the capsules throughout the day, with or without food.
I’m not yet pregnant or a mama, is your product still for me?
Yes! It is designed for you. This product is intended for use before and after pregnancy, not during pregnancy. It is highly supportive in preconception phase, or just general female hormone balance and stress support before you are even thinking about trying to conceive.
Is your Stress Support vegan, allergen free, and Non-GMO?
Yes, this product is vegan and non-GMO. Free of 9 major allergens and unwanted fillers.
Can I take the Stress Support on top of your other products?
Absolutely. Our products work best together. We suggest taking the Stress Support on top of our Complete Plan whenever possible.
Is this safe for breastfeeding?
We suggest consulting with your doctor/midwife before taking it while breastfeeding. However, we designed the product with breastfeeding mamas in mind. The safety of these botanicals is understudied in the clinical literature during breastfeeding, so in designing this product we looked at:
- History of safe traditional use
- No history of adverse events from case reports, clinical studies
- No identified concerns from the botanical’s mechanism of action
- No innately toxic constituents
- Historical in-practice use by our community of practitioners
- Strong benefits for mamas at this stage
Why are organic rice hulls and organic rice extract included in the product?
Sometimes additional ingredients are used for ease of manufacturing. These two rice-based ingredients provide necessary flow on the manufacturing line to get the botanicals into the capsules. Rice offers a much cleaner alternative to Magnesium Stearate and other common gross additions. We try to be thoughtful about every ingredient we use.
Can I give it to my male partner?
While it is not dangerous to give to your male partner, we suggest just sharing with your female-friends. This product is really designed to balance the female body before and after pregnancy, and well into your mom years.

What kind of testing do you do?
