There is a very small amount of caffeine included in Cognitive Support. We use a clinically studied whole coffee fruit extract, CognatiQ. This ingredient contains about 2mg of caffeine per serving, which is an insignificant amount. This is less than a typical cup of decaffeinated coffee.
