    Sleeping so much better

    Great for pregnancy insomnia

    It may not be a miracle sleep aid but it helps me sleep deeper and get back to sleep faster when I wake up throughout the night. I don’t like taking unisom so this has been super helpful!

    Best relaxation drink!

    I started using this postpartum and it has helped me relax every night and sleep better. My husband warms this up for me while I get ready for bed and then i snuggle up with it and it’s become a great nightly ritual. Before drinking it the postpartum anxiety hit hard at night and this has kept me sleeping or not panicking. It also tastes delicious!
