While an expert opinion is obviously great to have, we also know that seeing a practitioner for the first time can be a little daunting. Which is why we have broken down exactly what to expect from our consultations.

Prior to your consultation call, we will request that you provide some basic information so that we can begin to identify areas that may be beneficial to focus on.

Our friendly nutritionist will then set up a time for consultation, it’s over the phone and only takes 20 minutes so it’s easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Our Needed nutritionist will take notes and send them as an email follow up along with their recommendations, so you won’t have to worry about trying to remember everything and can go back and reference at your convenience.

There is no judgment involved in our consultations; our goal is to offer guidance and support for optimal nutrition. We understand that everyone has different lifestyles and experiences, and our consultation is tailored to empower you with knowledge.
