We recommend taking Iron away from our Prenatal Multi, as Iron can interact with other nutrients and this can impact absorption. We also recommend taking only as much as you need (some mamas do not need to supplement), as too much supplemental Iron can generate oxidative stress and impact the gut microbiome. Talk to your health practitioner about testing your Iron status before, during, and after pregnancy, and supplement if you are falling short. We've included a handy dosage chart below to help you know what's needed.

Take one capsule up to four times daily, as advised by your health practitioner. We suggest taking away from meals and your Prenatal Multi. Our Iron is absorbed most easily on an empty stomach*. Store fully sealed at room temperature.
