Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie

This protein and Omega-3-packed smoothie is a sweet start to your day. The cinnamon helps to "warm" up this drink and support digestion and blood sugar while providing a nice balance to the sweetness of the strawberries and chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Needed Omega 3 powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3-4 strawberries (fresh if you can find them in season, or frozen)
  • A dash or two of cinnamon
  • 5 ice cubes 
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Take a taste, adding more cinnamon until you strike the right sweet and spicy balance. 
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
