- 1-2 cups fresh spinach
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- ¼ avocado (frozen makes it thicker)
- 2 scoops Prenatal Multi
- 1 scoop Collagen
- 1 cup milk of choice (we like Three Trees, MALK, or JOI almond milk)
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed. Pour into a chilled glass and top with coconut whipped cream if you’d like!
