Needed Shamrock Shake

  • 1-2 cups fresh spinach
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¼ avocado (frozen makes it thicker)
  • 2 scoops Prenatal Multi
  • 1 scoop Collagen
  • 1 cup milk of choice (we like Three Trees, MALK, or JOI almond milk)

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed. Pour into a chilled glass and top with coconut whipped cream if you’d like!
