PBJ + Oats Protein Bites
- 4 scoops Needed Collagen Protein
- 4 TBSP peanut butter (chunky or creamy both work)
- 1 TBSP raspberry jelly (look for one sweetened only with real fruit juice)
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- Mix ingredients in a food processor
- Once the mixture is sticky, roll into 6-8 bites
These are great at room temperature or cooler, and make for a nice pregnancy or lactation treat.
