Sleepy Time Tea
- 2 bags of calm or sleep tea - I recommend Earth Mama Peaceful Mama tea or Oat Mama's Calm tea as both contain pregnancy-safe herbs
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp. of honey
- 1 even scoop of Needed Collagen Powder
- Pour the water into a small pot and bring it to a boil on medium to high heat
- Add the honey to your cup
- Pour the heated water into your cup and stir it until the honey is dissolved
- Stir the collagen powder into the hot water and honey mixture
- Place your tea bags into the mixture and let it steep for 5 minutes
Make and take this at least 2 hours before you fall asleep.
