Ingredients 

Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a small pot and bring it to a boil on medium to high heat
  2. Add the honey to your cup
  3. Pour the heated water into your cup and stir it until the honey is dissolved
  4. Stir the collagen powder into the hot water and honey mixture
  5. Place your tea bags into the mixture and let it steep for 5 minutes

Make and take this at least 2 hours before you fall asleep.
