      Best Sleep Ever

      I started using this to get in my magnesium and take it right before bed and I get the sweetest sleep ever. It helps me ease into sleep very nicely. Highly reccommend!

      Such a difference!

      I notice such a difference in mood and stress levels by taking these daily. I just had my fourth child and my postpartum has been notably better. I believe these make the difference.

      Great!

      I take about 3/4 of the dose just to keep it a little more cost effective. The taste is great, not overpowering at all. It probably dissolves better in warm/hot water, but I just use a milk frother to mix it up. It helped me throughout my first trimester - I was having a hard time staying asleep through the night.
