    A must have for pregnancy

    Definitely a must have when you're trying to get pregnant! After doing research, I had no idea how important it was to have good levels of CoQ10 when trying to get pregnant. We're still in the trying phase, but I'm hopeful it'll be what we need.

    Finally a CoQ10 I Can Take Daily

    I’ve been taking Needed’s CoQ10 supplement and love it! There’s no bad taste at all, which makes it so easy to take daily, and it’s very gentle on the stomach. I’ve noticed it feels clean and high quality. Definitely a supplement I can stick with long-term.

When should I start taking CoQ10?

It’s never too early to start (or too late). We suggest starting at least 3 months before trying to conceive as it takes about this amount of time for both sperm and eggs to mature. Similar to egg health, sperm health contributes to conception outcomes and the health of a growing baby. CoQ10 is a supportive antioxidant that can be taken well beyond conception.
Is your CoQ10 vegan, allergen free, and non-GMO?

Our CoQ10 is not vegetarian or vegan. It contains gelatin derived from ethically sourced bovine, as well as beeswax. Our CoQ10 is non-GMO and free of 9 major allergens, gluten, and unwanted fillers.
Is CoQ10 safe to take with other supplements?
