Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an antioxidant found in every cell of the body, including egg and sperm cells. Levels of CoQ10 in the body decline with age, starting around the age of 30. Supplementation is often needed to maintain optimal levels. Our CoQ10 is in the active, antioxidant form Ubiquinol, which accounts for over 90% of the CoQ10 in the body.

    Customizable and low effort

    I started taking these as we were preparing to start trying to conceive. I decided on Needed because of the customizability, since they don’t include the Iron and Omega you can add it on as needed. It’s also so easy to pause or change delivery dates if needed.

    Excellent Prenatal

    I love knowing that my body is getting what it needs. I’m pregnant and still nursing and nutrition is a huge concern of mine, so having this prenatal to fill the gaps is a big stress relief. It’s a lot of pills, but I find them easier to take if split into 4 pills 2x a day.

    Best prenatal multi I’ve tried!

    I put this in my fruit smoothie every day, tastes great and I don’t have the GI issues that I’ve experienced with other prenatal vitamins. I also have noticed that I don’t get as many cravings and feel better in general since using this!

    By far the best, and one I trust!

    This protein powder is insanely good, in all manners. It doesn't clump, it is truly flavorless, and I feel it doing wonders for me. I add a scoop to shakes, coffee, pancake protein bowls, anything and it always withstands the test.
