How to Use

An optimal amount of protein is needed while breastfeeding to support milk supply, caloric needs, and blood sugar balance. Collagen is in an optimal form for this, in addition to supporting mama's joints, pelvic floor tissue, skin elasticity, and postpartum hair and healthy glow. Our hydrolyzed Collagen is ethically sourced from the hides of grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone-free bovines.

    Perfect Electrolyte Supplement

    I absolutely love these and have been supplementing with them during my entire pregnancy. Each flavor is good and has only a subtle taste. It’s refreshing to find a an electrolyte packet that contains needed electrolytes without a bunch of unnecessary sugar.

    Happy Vegetarian buyer

    I am a vegetarian but found myself in the tough position where I needed to take animal collagen while pregnant (beyond usual pregnancy needs I also tore my MCL and wanted to speed healing) this powder is so neutral it tastes like nothing and dissolves easily in my morning coffee. My knee healed wonderfully and it’s been great to get the extra protein too.
