How to Use

Mix one scoop of collagen into a single serving of food or drink.

Mix 1 packet of Hydration Support into 1-2 cups of water, depending on your taste preference.

The 2 powders can be combined into the same drink if desired.

Take four (4) capsules of Stress Support daily with or without food. The dose may be divided between meals. This product is intended for general women's health, including use before and after pregnancy, but not during pregnancy. Store fully sealed at room temperature.

An optimal amount of protein is needed while breastfeeding to support milk supply, caloric needs, and blood sugar balance. Collagen is in an optimal form for this, in addition to supporting mama's joints, pelvic floor tissue, skin elasticity, and postpartum hair and healthy glow. Our hydrolyzed Collagen is ethically sourced from the hides of grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone-free bovines.

    I swear by this stuff!

    I used this product throughout my pregnancy and have continued to use it while I am breastfeeding, and I love to start my day with a scoop. I swear it has been beneficial for both my baby and my's nail and hair health!
