Keeping me well hydrated through my breastfeeding journey. There are so many hydration powders out there, but this one has NO STEVIA which I cannot stand the taste of. So it was a winner for me. Grapefruit is my favorite flavor. I look forward every night to filling up my giant Hydroflask with ice cold water and pouring a packet in. It is so refreshing!

I have taken my fair share of stress support supplements to Amazon 5 star stress support pills to my therapist/ pcp recommendations and none have worked for me as much as this one! Granted, everyone is different but if your looking for a good honest review, this one's it. I highly recommend this stress support supplement, I have dealt with constant stress my whole life, call it genetics or just a natural born stress/worry wart but I felt like these helped put me on a track I didn't know excited. A 'mentally healthy' track! The only advice I would give is, give this pill sometimes to actually work. I know we are all in a hurry to relieve ourself of constant stress BUT give this pill at least 2-3 weeks to do what its suppose to. Good luck!
