How to Use

The products in our Starter Plan are designed to be taken together to optimally nourish mama and baby before, during, and after pregnancy*.

We recommend taking our Prenatal Multi with a meal, it may be taken in divided doses throughout the day. Since many of the nutrients are quite energizing, avoid consuming within five hours of bedtime. When transitioning from a less complete multi, start with ½ scoop, working your way up to two full scoops/day.

Our Omega-3+ should also be taken with food. For optimal Choline absorption, we suggest taking the Omega-3+ at a different time than the Prenatal Multi.

    The best ingredients in a prenatal

    I started the Complete Plan while I was having a miscarriage in hopes to help my body through a rough time and prepare for and carry me through my next pregnancy. I am still taking it 3 months postpartum and plan on continuing until I am finished having kids and finished breastfeeding.

    Love it

    This is such a wholesome prenatal. Never made me sick and I always felt better after taking it! When I skipped a day taking it, I would feel lethargic and not my best- I really do notice the difference!

    Makes me feel better than before pregnancy!

    I'm 4 months PP and I can totally feel a difference on the days I forget to take these. They really help me feel back to normal. I didn't struggle with PPD or PPA at all and I credit it to taking these. I wish I had taken them all throughout pregnancy, but I'm glad I found them anyways!
