How to Use

Mix one scoop of Collagen into a single serving of food or drink.

    Essential for breastfeeding!

    Keeping me well hydrated through my breastfeeding journey. There are so many hydration powders out there, but this one has NO STEVIA which I cannot stand the taste of. So it was a winner for me. Grapefruit is my favorite flavor. I look forward every night to filling up my giant Hydroflask with ice cold water and pouring a packet in. It is so refreshing!

    Great for morning

    This has helped tremendously in getting rid of hunger/morning sickness as it's high in protein and easy, no taste to add into my tea or coffee in the morning. I start each morning out with this and have loved the benefits and so does babes!

    Minimal taste. Dissolves quickly.

    This protein powder has been a great and easy way to get extra protein during my TTC journey and through pregnancy. I love to add it to my coffee every morning and also throw it into soup!

    Better than Liquid IV

    I love these hydration packets! They’re super amazing for postpartum breast-feeding. And they don’t have all the junk in them that liquid IV does. This would make a great gift for someone who just had a baby.
