On my third pregnancy, my first trimester nausea was the worst it’s been yet! I struggled to take any sort of prenatal which lead me to the Needed prenatal powder. I started putting it in smoothies to finally get the nutrients I needed. But life happens and I wasn’t making a smoothie every day, which lead me to the essential prenatal pills.
