How do I know if I need Omega-3?

Research shows that up to 95% of women are not getting Omega-3s enough from their diet. Even if you are not deficient, additional Omega-3 intake can help support your health, especially during pregnancy as DHA makes up about ⅓ of brain lipids. Why are there different DHA/EPA ratios between the Omega-3 and Omega-3+ Vegan?

The reason our Omega-3+ Vegan product is much lower in EPA is due to the fact that it is very difficult to source EPA from algae and so most algae products will be concentrated and standardized to DHA primarily, with little EPA (though ours actually contains more than most).
Are your Omega-3 products vegan, allergen free, and Non-GMO?

Our Omega-3 Pro fish oil is non-GMO. Free of eggs, fish allergens, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy allergens, tree nuts, wheat, gluten and unwanted fillers.

    Great product

    I’ve really enjoyed this supplement. I don’t get any fish after taste or gas or anything. I’m happy to know it’s clean and my baby and I are getting some omegas that we need.

    Finally a Prenatal Omega 3 I Can Tolerate

    I’ve been taking the Needed Prenatal Omega-3 with the bergamot flavor and it’s been great! Super easy on the stomach and the flavor makes it much more pleasant than other fish oils I’ve tried. There’s only a very mild fish taste, which is a huge win for me.

    Excellent omega-3

    I love this omega-3. My first pregnancy i took the vegan version which was great. and This pregnanacy i am taking the fish oil version. Not only do i feel like my brain is more clear and alert but i know i am giving my baby what it needs, due to the high quality nature of the ingredients. One of the bottles i received had loose omega-3 oil in it causing the fishy smell to be intolerable for me to take. I reached out and let the Needed team know. They were kind in responses as well as immediately shipped me a fresh bottle free of charge. Mistakes happen and I always appreciate a brand with integrity that makes things right.

    This is the first omega 3 fish oil that has not given me the “fish burps”. It meets the recommended amount of omega 3’s needed for pregnancy and lactation, so I can rest assured that my baby and I are getting what we need! I will always try Needed products before any other!
