Dr. Samar Rashid
Dr. Samar Rashid, DO, is a board-certified osteopathic family medicine physician and culinary medicine specialist (CCMS®) who brings a whole-person approach to care. She earned her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Rashid has a special interest in women’s health, including osteopathic-centered fertility care, prenatal and postpartum support, and treating the whole family system—from children to parents. Her course Conceive with Confidence aims to provide research-backed information for women in the preconception phase. Her approach is deeply rooted in the osteopathic philosophy of working with the body’s innate ability to heal, restoring balance and health from within.
