Prenatal Multi:
When to take: With a full meal, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day. Avoid within 5 hours of bedtime due to energizing nutrients
Flexible dosing: Split your serving between meals if preferred
Starting out: If switching from a less nutrient-dense prenatal, start with half doses and work your way up to the full recommended dosage:
Multi Essentials: Take all 3 capsules (can divide between meals or take before bed if nauseous)
Multi Powder: Begin with ½ scoop, work up to 1 scoop
Powder only: Mix into smoothies, beverages, or soft foods like yogurt. Avoid hot liquids and don't take on an empty stomach
Iron:
Take one (1) capsule up to four times daily, as advised by your health practitioner. We suggest taking away from meals and your Prenatal Multi. Our Iron is absorbed most easily on an empty stomach*.
Omega-3 Fish Oil:
Take two (2) softgels daily with food
Our products were designed to work together, these products can be taken together or separately throughout the day.
