In the 1st trimester

• Our Prenatal Multivitamin provides radically better nutrient support as energy and nutrient demands increase with the early physiological changes of pregnancy. We intentionally added 40mg of Vitamin B6 to support occasional nausea relief.
• DHA helps lay the foundation for your baby’s brain and nervous system, starting in the earliest weeks of pregnancy.

In the 2nd trimester

• Radically better nutrient support for both mom and baby with B vitamins to support red blood cell formation and energy production and choline for healthy baby brain development.
• Omega-3s support your baby’s rapidly developing brain and eyes as growth accelerates in the second trimester.

In the 3rd trimester

• Radically better nutrient support at a time when nutrient transfer to baby is at its peak, to support nervous system maturation, immune system priming, physical growth and development.
• Omega-3s in the third trimester provide support for baby's brain in its peak growth spurt and support nervous system maturation. They also support maternal resilience as pregnancy reaches its final stage.

Iron is critical for a healthy pregnancy. We offer Iron separately to allow for personalized dosing and to minimize nutrient interactions that may negatively impact absorption. Our Ferrochel Iron has been clinically shown to cause fewer gastrointestinal upsets compared to other forms of Iron* and is bound to Glycine for better absorption and digestive comfort.*

Prenatal Multivitamin: Take all 3 capsules (can divide between meals or take before bed if nauseous)

• When to take: With a full meal, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day. Avoid within 5 hours of bedtime due to energizing nutrients.
• Flexible dosing: Split your serving between meals if preferred.
• Starting out: If switching from a less nutrient-dense prenatal, start with half doses and work your way up to the full recommended dosages.

Iron: Take one (1) capsule up to four times daily, as advised by your health practitioner. We suggest taking away from meals and your Prenatal Multivitamin. Our Iron is absorbed most easily on an empty stomach*.

Omega-3 Fish Oil: Take two (2) softgels daily with food
