Women need Vitamin D3 and K2 to support optimal fertility, immune function in mom and baby, healthy bone development in baby, an overall healthy and full-term pregnancy, adequate breastmilk Vitamin D levels, postpartum recovery, and more*. Vitamin D3 and K2 are the optimal nutrient forms, and the two work synergistically together*. Some women need more Vitamin D3/K2 due to genetics, diet, geography, life stage (including while breastfeeding) or other factors. Our D3/K2 topper is ideal for when you need an extra boost.

How to Use

Take one capsule up to five times daily with food. 2 capsules (4,000IU of D3 and 90mcg of K2 per day)) is a highly effective and safe dose for most women during pregnancy. We recommend the equivalent of 3 capsules (6,000IU D3) while breastfeeding to ensure baby receives adequate nutrition. If you are taking Needed's Prenatal Multi, be mindful that we include 4,000IU of D3 and 90mcg of K2 in our base formula. See our dosage chart below for the right dose to meet your unique needs. Store fully sealed at room temperature.

    Easy to take, noticing more energy

    I was told I was Vitamin D deficient after some bloodwork in my beginning stages of pregnancy. Subscribed to it every month and have noticed more energy throughout my day! Has been great and the pills are easy to swallow.

    Great for breast feeding!

    I took this all through out pregnancy and have continued in post partum for breast feeding. I think it works great!

    They really know their stuff

    So many vitamin D supplements are only vitamin D, but after learning it is best taken with a source of vitamin K I knew that Needed really knew their stuff and that this was the supplement for me

    Definitely needed in the winter months and during IVF

    I took these supplements during IVF and pregnancy, and now through the winter months. My vitamin D levels are great and I had no issues with this supplement. I would take them with food.
