    Best collagen ever!!

    I have tried many collagen brands over the years and I've finally found the one I will use forever. I drink it in my coffee each morning and I will add my espresso first then pour in the scoop. It basically dissolves all on its own. I top with regular coffee (mom of 4 🤣) and I do not even need to stir it. It's tasteless. I've also had it in hot lemon tea and there was no taste. I've recommended this to multiple people already.

    Great for morning

    This has helped tremendously in getting rid of hunger/morning sickness as it's high in protein and easy, no taste to add into my tea or coffee in the morning. I start each morning out with this and have loved the benefits and so does babes!

Is Collagen a complete protein?

Collagen is an incomplete protein that includes a combination of essential and non-essential amino acids, including glycine, hydroxyproline, arginine, and leucine. It lacks tryptophan, an essential amino acid. To support tryptophan intake, incorporate foods such as chicken breast, eggs, cheese (cheddar & parmesan), salmon, soybeans & tofu, pumpkin seeds, and nuts. It's suggested to consume collagen alongside a variety of proteins to support overall protein intake.
