I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and clinic director with a passion for helping people optimize their health through evidence-based care. As a mom of two, prioritizing my own health and supporting other women through every stage of motherhood, has become more important than ever. I'm currently working toward my Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) certification and love working with athletes of all ages, from youth competitors to weekend warriors. Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me team roping, staying active, or spending time with my family.
