Elizabeth Smith
Elizabeth is a NICU nurse, mom of two boys, and teaches private in home infant and pediatric CPR and choking response classes in New Jersey through Newborn Prep 101. Elizabeth’s main goal is to make all parents feel empowered and confident in their ability to take care of their child- even in the scariest of emergencies. Elizabeth believes that parents who feel good about themselves raise children who feel good about themselves. Something that has helped Elizabeth feel her best in both of her pregnancies and postpartum periods is needed supplements.
