Heidi Brockmyre, L.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist and fertility expert with more than 20 years of experience supporting women through fertility challenges, preconception, and IVF preparation. She is the founder of Fertility Activation Method®, an integrative fertility program that combines Chinese medicine, evidence-informed lifestyle strategies, and accessible at-home tools to help women better understand and support their reproductive health. Heidi is especially passionate about empowering women 35+ with practical, personalized fertility education.
