Jen Constanos, MSW, LCSW, HTMA-P, FNP, is the founder of Equip & Inspire Therapy LLC, a telehealth private practice licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She specializes in bridging the gap between mental health and nutritional support through a faith-based lens, integrating psychotherapy, Levels 1, 2, and 3 Clinical EFT Tapping, functional nutrition, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, and somatic approaches to support whole-person healing in women. Jen's mission is to help women understand that their emotional, physical, and spiritual health are deeply connected — and that lasting transformation is possible when all three are addressed together.
