How to Use

The products in our Starter Plan are designed to be taken together to optimally nourish mama and baby before, during, and after pregnancy*.

We recommend taking our Prenatal Multi with a meal, it may be taken in divided doses throughout the day. Since many of the nutrients are quite energizing, avoid consuming within five hours of bedtime. When transitioning from a less complete multi, start with ½ scoop, working your way up to two full scoops/day.

Our Omega-3+ should also be taken with food. For optimal Choline absorption, we suggest taking the Omega-3+ at a different time than the Prenatal Multi.

    I ordered this for the choline to help with nutrients but I realized after taking it that I needed it mostly for the magnesium. I as a light sleeper have been sleeping so soundly. Happy to have a natural prenatal that helps both baby and mom and every way needed!
