    Great way to take this!

    I do not take pills well.. I mix this with a bit of fruit and yogurt and it tastes just fine. Definitely start slow and work your way up to 2 scoops. Took me a month but I am finally there and it always sits well. Just be patient and understand that it’s a vitamin so it won’t taste like candy. Thank you for creating this!!
