How to Use

Mix 1 serving into 1-2 cups of water, depending on your taste preference.

We designed our Electrolytes + Trace Minerals to be taken in addition to our Complete Plan (Prenatal Multi, Omega-3, Collagen Protein, and Pre/Probiotic). We suggest taking it at a different time of day than your Prenatal Multi to support absorption. Together, these products optimally nourish mama and baby before, during, and after pregnancy*.     No added junk!

    I love that Needed’s Hydration Support is so clean. It doesn’t even contain Stevia, which is so common in supplements these days because it is seen as a healthy alternative, but upsets my stomach. I love mixing a packet of Hydration support with a can of sparkling water for a fun, refreshing, and hydrating drink either following a workout, a nursing session, or just out in the backyard with my kiddos.

    Highly recommend!

    I am a NP and LOVE these hydration packets. I recommend them to patients because they have the best quality ingredients of any hydration packets I can find. They also make me feel fantastic when I start the day with them. I used them during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, and after both of those. I really love these.

    Great Product!

    Great electrolye drink - it isn't over-sweet like a lot of the electrolyte drinks out there that are full of bad chemicals. This tastes really natural and clean. I love the added potassium and magnesium while being pregnant to keep me hydrated.
