Collagen Protein
Hydrolyzed and ethically sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone-free bovines from New Zealand. Supports blood sugar management, minimizes nausea, and provides essential building blocks for baby's cells and the placenta. Also supports mother's joints, pelvic floor tissue, skin elasticity, and postpartum hair and healthy glow.*

Omega-3 (DHA & EPA)
Goes beyond bare minimum dosages with 500mg DHA and 500mg EPA for optimal support. Prenatal Multivitamin:

• When to take: With a full meal, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day.Avoid within 5 hours of bedtime due to energizing nutrients.
• Flexible dosing: Split your serving between meals if preferred.

Omega-3 Fish Oil: Take two (2) softgels daily with food.

Pre/Probiotic: Take with food at any time of day.

Collagen Protein: Mix one (1) scoop into hot or cold food or drink at any time of day.
