Additional Terms

Eligibility. New subscriptions of any of the following plans: Prenatal Vitamins with Iron + DHA, Women’s Fertility Support Plan, Perimenopause Supplement Plan, Postnatal Vitamins Plan, and Women’s Multivitamin Plan. There is no limit on the number of subscriptions per household or customer.

Discount. The discount is up to 40% off the subscription price of your first order and 20% off the subscription price of each recurring order thereafter. Discounts apply before taxes and shipping.

Keeping your discount. Your discount stays in place while your subscription remains active. Pausing, skipping a shipment, or a failed payment that you resolve does not end it. Switching plans or changing quantities may end or change your discount. Cancelling your subscription ends the discount.

Combining offers. The offer applies to Prenatal Vitamins with Iron + DHA, Women’s Fertility Support Plan, Perimenopause Supplement Plan, Postnatal Vitamins Plan, and Women’s Multivitamin Plan orders only, cannot be used on one-time purchases, and cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.

Discontinued products. If an eligible plan or product is discontinued, we may offer you a comparable replacement plan at the same discounted rate, or end your subscription. We’ll notify you by email at least [30] days before any change takes effect, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Changes to this offer. We reserve the right to modify or end this offer, including the discount amount, with at least [30] days’ notice by email. If you don’t wish to continue under the new terms, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
