Egg Quality Support
Our Egg Quality Support is formulated by perinatal health practitioners to help you (and your eggs) thrive. You are born with all of your egg cells (oocytes), and an oocyte takes 3 to 4 months to mature before ovulation. Improving egg quality can support fertility outcomes. Our Egg Quality Support has targeted antioxidants that support egg quality, supporting fertility and benefiting mitochondrial health.
How to Use

Prenatal Multivitamin

  • When to take: With a full meal, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day. Avoid within 5 hours of bedtime due to energizing nutrients.
  • Flexible dosing: Split your serving between meals if preferred.

Omega-3 Fish Oil: Take two (2) softgels daily with food.

Egg Quality Support: Take two (2) capsules once daily. For best absorption, take at least 30 minutes away from food. If you experience nausea, consider taking Egg Quality Support right before or with a meal.

Our products were designed to work together, these products can be taken together or separately throughout the day.

    Fills in the gaps

    I eat well but after having a baby I know I’m depleted. Also chasing a toddler while pregnant is demanding and some days I don’t get all the nutrients I know I should be getting to grow a baby, so I’m glad I have this prenatal option to fill in the gaps!

    One stop shop!

    The best prenatal

    After doing lots of research it was discouraging to read how many prenatals don't have the proper nutrients for mom/baby to thrive. That was until I found NEEDED.
