You are born with all of your egg cells (oocytes), and an oocyte takes 3 to 4 months to mature before ovulation.     The smell isn’t as strong as other supplements. The scent inserts for the bottles smell really good! It doesn’t feel heavy on the stomach. So far pretty pleased
