How to Use

Prenatal Multivitamin:

  • When to take: With a full meal, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day. Avoid within 5 hours of bedtime due to energizing nutrients
  • Flexible dosing: Split your serving between meals if preferred.

Omega-3 Fish Oil: Take two (2) softgels daily with food.

Stress Support: Take two (2) capsules with or without food. This product is intended for general women's health, including use before and after pregnancy, but not during pregnancy.

    Have been taking for almost 2 years! All throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding my 1st still so I continue to take for the extra nutrients and minerals! Cannot get any better than this pre natal!

    Fills in the gaps

    I eat well but after having a baby I know I’m depleted. Also chasing a toddler while pregnant is demanding and some days I don’t get all the nutrients I know I should be getting to grow a baby, so I’m glad I have this prenatal option to fill in the gaps!

    One stop shop!

    I have been using Needed's prenatal multivitamin for almost two years now - I began a few months before my partner and I planned to start trying for a baby and used it throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding journey (current).     The best prenatal

    After doing lots of research it was discouraging to read how many prenatals don't have the proper nutrients for mom/baby to thrive. That was until I found NEEDED.
