I started using the Needed hydration packets when I was pregnant and doing my best to stay hydrated without all the extra unnecessary ingredients. They taste very good and they do what they're advertised to do. I'm currently breastfeeding and as many new nursing moms can relate, I'm always thirsty and doing my best to keep a steady milk supply.
