The Complete Plan is for the mama that wants optimal nourishment. The Complete Plan offers the same products as the Base Plan and also includes a Pre/Probiotic to support mama and baby’s microbiome and a Collagen Protein for protein support and skin and pelvic floor health.
How do your plans work?
Our plans ensure you never miss a day of optimal nourishment. Subscribe to the Base or Complete Plan we’ll send you an email each month, a few days before we charge you and ship your next box. You can delay an order, or cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account page.
What if I only need one of the products in the plan?
Many mamas enjoy the savings of the Plans but if you would like to customize your own nourishment, any item is available to purchase one-time or as a subscription here.
How often should I consume all of the products in my plan?
The products are designed to be consumed every day. You will receive a 30 day supply of each product in your plan, and plans are shipped monthly. If you are not able to consume all of your product in a month and need to delay your next subscription you can do so easily from your account page.
How do I track my package, and what happens if it goes missing?
We've partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions, to guarantee your products make it safely into your hands. We've covered the cost of Route+ on your order so it will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you at no additional cost! Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. You will receive an email from Route after your purchase with instructions on how to download Route’s mobile app for iOS from the App Store to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
