How to Use

The products in The Men's Fertility Support Plan are designed to be taken alongside one another. We recommend taking your Multi with a meal, it may be taken in divided doses throughout the day or all together. Since many of the nutrients are quite energizing, avoid consuming within five hours of bedtime.
