We want you to love your Needed product experience and will accept returns or refunds on certain orders.

Unopened, sealed products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less a $10 return shipping charge that will be deducted from your refund. For products purchased in a bundle (plans or multi-month subscriptions), a refund will be applied to the unopened and returned products only.

If your order qualifies for a return, you'll be provided with instructions on how to initiate your return. We sell sample packs of our powder products, and we recommend trying before you buy a full size powder product if you are hesitant about your experience. We do not offer refunds on sample packs or full size products due to taste preferences.
